We can only provide a full refund for the return of an AFIRE product if the product is unused, in new condition, in the original packaging, with all parts and accessories included. The original cost of the inbound freight to you as well as the cost of freight to return the product to our US office is your responsibility.
At our discretion, we may accept a unit that has been open, installed, previously been lit, or not in original packaging but a restocking fee will be charged. This fee will be a minimum of 20% but could go higher depending on the condition of the unit and packaging and any missing components. We do our best to be as fair as possible.
Refunds are only issued once the unit is received in good order. We encourage you to insure the unit when shipping back to us as we will not be responsible for any freight damage incurred.
If the unit is found to be defective under the warranty provided, we reserve the right to repair as required. Many repairs are quite simple and can be handled by the end user without problem or need of any specific mechanical or electrical skills. This is the most expedient and cost effective manner in which to resolve any minor defects. If the unit is not able to be repaired satisfactorily we may, at our discretion, replace the unit. In such case, we will ask you to return the original unit to our US office. We will pay the cost of this return. Upon receipt in good condition the refund will be issued.
